Originally from Morocco, where it is extracted in a unique quarry on the edge of the middle Atla, about 200 km from the city of Fez.

Rhassoul has been used for centuries by Oriental women to clean their hair and skin. It was already the object, in the Middles Ages of a trade in all the east. The word « Rhassoul » means in Arabic "to wash" because this clay soil is saponiferous that is to say it contains a large quantity of natural foaming saponins. Its washing action of Rhassoul is purely physical.

Among all the dermatological clays, Rhassoul is the one whose content of aluminium oxide and calcium oxide is the lowest. This unique feature allows is to be used as a mask for the eye contour. The Rhassoul is your best friend !

Rhassoul is a 100% natural and organic product. It is rich in minerals like magnesium, iron, aluminium, calcium, sodium, zinc, phosphorus and potassium as well as provitamins... These are all components with extremely beneficial properties for the skin. Rhassoul also contains silica, carbonates and clays of the illite group.

The properties and benefits of Rhassoul are many : It is a natural product that doesn't attack the protective film of the skin nor protective sheath of the hair. It cleanses the skin and cleanses it. It absorbs excess sebum. It has a great washing power. Its content, high in minerals with hydrophilic properties, gives a feeling of softness on the skin after washing. Dust particles, impurities, dead cells and fat are washed away with rinse water.

For the skin: Rhassoul is indicated for all skin types: oily, dry irritated, sensitive and allergic. It cleans the skin in depth, without attacking it. It eliminates all impurities especially the blackheads due to sebum.

Rhassoul naturally emulsifies with water, it absorbs the impurities and the excess of sebum without attacking the protective lipid film of the skin.

For hair : it is also indicatd for dry and devitalized hair, dandruff and irritations of the scalp. It doesn't attack the protective shealth of the hair. Known for centuries for its cleansing and purifying properties, it's clay will also make the happiness of the fatty scapls for which it absorbs the sebum and cleanses the hair gently without attacking it. The hair regains shine, suppleness and tone. Use It is recommended to avoid the use of metal containers and ustensils.

For purifying mask: in a non-metallic container, put Rhassoul and water (mineral to the floral), mix until obtain smooth paste. If necessary add a few drops of a vegetable oil of your choice. Spread evenly on the face or hair (preferably with a brush).

Leave for about 15 minutes. Rinse with the clear water and then apply on a vegetable oil..
